摘要
梳理了制造执行系统(MES)在石油化工行业的发展历程,重点介绍了在工业4.0背景下石油化工行业对于生产执行层面的控制需求。并以此为出发点,分析了当前国内外MES的研究和应用成果,介绍了人工智能、工业物联网、信息物理系统(CPS)等新兴技术,结合对石化产业的理解和经验,探讨了未来石油化工领域MES的发展方向,分析了MES在石油化工行业的应用特点,肯定了MES在未来流程行业的发展前景。
The development history of manufacturing execution system(MES) in petrochemical industry is summarized, and the control demand of petrochemical industry at the level of production execution under the background of industry 4.0 is mainly stressed. Based on this point, the research and application accomplishments of MES are analyzed. The artificial intelligence, industrial internet of things, cyber-physical system and other emerging technologies are introduced. Based on understanding and experience of petrochemical industry, the future development trend of MES in petrochemical industry is discussed, the application feature of MES in petrochemical industry is analyzed. The development prospect of MES in future process industry is affirmed.
