摘要
石油化工装置具有工艺过程复杂多样、条件苛刻、高温高压等特性,对过程设备的安全可靠性提出了很高的要求,从风险降低的目的出发,从方法论上分析了SIL a的概念,提出SIL a和SIL1~SIL3没有本质区别,都应该严格执行相关方法论,在实际工程中应注意和重视SIL a部分的风险降低需求,应针对SIL a确定适合的风险降低实施方案。
Petrochemical plant process is with the characteristics of complex and diverse,harsh conditions,high temperature and high pressure,etc.Very high requirements for the safety and reliability of process equipment are put forward.Starting from the perspective of risk reduction,SILa concept is discussed from methodology.It is pointed out that there is no essential difference between SILa and SIL1~SIL3,relevant methodology should be implemented strictly.Risk reduction requirements for SILa part in practical engineering should be taken and stressed.Attention should be paid to the risk reduction requirements of SILa in practical engineering.Appropriate implementation plan for risk reduction should be determined for SILa.
