油井电磁防蜡室内试验平台的设计和方法

摘要 针对在室内无合适办法检验油井电磁防蜡效果的问题,设计了油井电磁防蜡室内通用动态试验平台,解决了油田无法在室内准确地模拟出动态环境下油井电磁防蜡情况的问题。利用静态实验优选出的相关参数进行动态实验,通过对比试验结果,了解油井结蜡方面的生产技术现状,摸索出适合油田特征的油井防蜡技术及方法,并得到温度、流速等对电磁防蜡效果的影响规律。 In view of the problem that there is no suitable method to test the electromagnetic paraffin control effect of oil wells indoors,an indoor general dynamic test platform for electromagnetic paraffin control of oil wells is designed.The problem that electromagnetic paraffin control situation of oil wells can't be simulated indoor under dynamic environment accurately is solved.The dynamic experiment is carried out by using the relevant parameters optimized in the static experiment.Through the comparison of the test results,the current situation of the production technology of oil well paraffin deposition is understood,and the oil well paraffin control technology and method suitable for the characteristics of the oilfield are explored,and the influence law of temperature,flow rate,etc.on the effect of electromagnetic paraffin control is obtained.
