摘要
介绍了山东东岳化工有限公司140 kt/a废硫酸无害化处理装置的设计思路与运行情况。该装置以液硫作主要燃料、氢气为辅助燃料进行废酸焚烧裂解,不仅运行成本低,还可生产w(H2SO4)为98%的高品质浓硫酸。针对东岳化工废硫酸组分的特殊性,废硫酸无害化处理采用2个焚烧裂解炉分别对不同废硫酸进行高温焚烧,采用空气冷却器和余热锅炉2套换热系统移热,采用两级动力波洗涤器、两级填料塔洗涤器和两级玻璃钢电除雾器净化炉气,后续采用成熟的二转二吸制酸工艺。东岳化工废硫酸无害化处理装置满负荷稳定运行,各项技术指标达到甚至优于设计要求,硫总回收率达到97%以上,尾气排放远低于环保要求,其中关键指标ρ(SO_(2))<20 mg/m^(3),成品酸质量达到优等品标准,环境效益和经济效益显著。
The design idea and operation of the 140 kt/a waste sulphuric acid harmless treatment unit in Shandong Dongyue Chemical Co.,Ltd.are introduced.The unit uses liquid sulphur as the main fuel and hydrogen as the auxiliary fuel for waste acid incineration and cracking.It not only has low operation cost,but also can produce high-quality concentrated sulphuric acid with w(H2SO4)98%.In view of the particularity of waste sulphuric acid components in Dongyue Chemical,two incinerators were used for harmless treatment of waste sulphuric acid.Two sets of heat exchange systems,air cooler and waste heat boiler were used for heat transfer,two-stage dynamic wave scrubber,twostage packed tower scrubber and two-stage FRP electric demister were used for purifying furnace gas,and mature two-stage to two-stage absorption sulphuric acid plant was used Art.Dongyue Chemical waste sulphuric acid harmless treatment unit runs stably at full load,all technical indexes meet or even better than the design requirements,the total sulphur recovery rate reaches more than 97%,the off-gas emission is far lower than the environmental protection requirements,among which the key indexρ(SO_(2))<20 mg/m^(3),the quality of finished acid reaches the superior product standard,and the environmental and economic benefits are significant.
