摘要
介绍了某焦化企业脱硫废液和硫泡沫制酸装置净化工序电除雾器着火的经过和后果,从可燃物和引火源两方面对该着火事故进行了原因分析,并从工艺控制、设备管理和生产操作等方面提出了生产建议。由于原料硫浆在焚烧炉内燃烧不完全,导致大量硫磺及含硫盐类后移进入净化工序,积存在设备及管道内的硫磺粉在电除雾器电场内遭遇火花被引燃而发生着火事故。通过改善原料燃烧效果、增加焚烧炉操作温度监控、设备设置联锁保护和报警装置、及时清理升华硫以及观察稀酸颜色判断焚烧操作状况等措施,实现了制酸装置电除雾器的稳定安全运行。
The process and consequences of the electric mist eliminator fire in the purification process of desulfurization waste liquid and sulphur foam acid plant of a coking enterprise are introduced.The cause of the fire accident is analyzed from two aspects of combustible and ignition sources,and suggestions for production are put forward from aspects of process control,equipment management and production operation.Due to the incomplete combustion of raw material sulphur slurry in the incinerator,a large amount of sulphur and sulphur salts are moved into the purification process,and the sulphur powder accumulated in the equipment and pipeline is ignited by sparks in the electric field of the electric mist eliminator.By improving the combustion effect of raw materials,increasing the operating temperature monitoring of incinerator,setting interlocking protection and alarm device,cleaning sublimated sulphur in time,observing the color of dilute acid to judge the burning operation status and other measures,the stable and safe operation of electric demister in acid plant was realized.
