摘要
某活性炭烟气脱硫脱硝装置在一次计划停车后的开车过程中,发生了一起直接威胁到安全生产的热点温度事故。该起事故致使企业全厂停产1.5 d,产量减少13838 t,经济损失约134.36万元。问题排查过程中发现,温度异常点的附近格栅存在明显积灰板结、下料管堵塞等问题,纠其原因与系统装置的设计缺陷、待处理烟气带水量大、活性炭再生后除尘效率偏低以及事故发生前的一段时间内脱硝段喷氨量异常减少等因素有关。企业采取上下游工序信息共享协同指挥、降低入脱硫塔烟气的水分含量、增加空气炮等改进措施,克服了类似问题的再次出现。
An over temperature accident occurred when the activated carbon flue gas desulfurization and denitrification device is put back into production.The accident resulted in a 1.5 days shutdown of the whole plant,13838 t reduction in output and economic loss of 1.3436 million yuan.During the accident investigation,it is found that there is obvious ash deposition and hardening at the partition grid and the blanking pipe is blocked,which is the same as the abnormal temperature point.It is concluded that design defects,high entrainment of water droplets in flue gas,low dust removal efficiency and abnormal ammonia injection are the main causes of the accident.Enterprises have taken measures,such as the establishment of information sharing mechanism,collaborative command,reducing the water content in flue gas,increasing auxiliary equipment.After the implementation,the recurrence of similar accidents is overcome.
