摘要
通过熔融共混制备了增塑改性聚乙烯醇(TPVA)与聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)的复合材料,系统研究了PBAT用量对复合材料的热性能、加工性能、微观形态结构和力学性能的影响。研究表明:PBAT的加入使复合材料的结晶温度和熔点增加;随着PBAT用量增加,复合材料的熔体流动速率增大,扭矩平衡值下降,改善了复合材料的热塑加工性能;少量的PBAT与TPVA具有一定的相容性;随着PBAT用量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率先增加后降低,当PBAT添加量为5%时,可使TPVA/PBAT复合材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率达到最佳,分别为27.03 MPa和643%。
Modified Poly(vinyl alcohol)/Poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate)(TPVA/PBAT)composites were prepared through melt blending.The effects of the dosage of PBAT on the thermal property,thermal processability,microstructure morphology and mechanical properties of the composites were systematically studied.The results show that PBAT could increase the crystallization temperature and melting point of TPVA.With the increase of the PBAT contents,the melt flow rate of composites increased and the equilibrium torque decreased,indicating the improvement of the thermal processability of TPVA.A small amount of PBAT has certain compatibility with TPVA.The tensile strength and elongation at break of TPVA/PBAT composites increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of the dosage of PBAT.When the addition of 5%PBAT,the tensile strength and elongation at break of TPVA/PBAT composites reached the best,which were 27.03 MPa and 643%,respectively.
