Optimization Design of Injection Mold for Vehicle GPS Locator

摘要 基于Moldflow软件,对某品牌的GPS定位器外壳进行模流分析,得到较为合理的冷却系统和浇注系统,使得两个型腔内部的熔体流动较为平衡。采用正交试验法,分析了熔体温度、注射+保压+冷却时间和充填压力对翘曲变形的影响。结果表明:充填压力对翘曲影响最大,熔体温度次之,注射+保压+冷却时间影响最小。根据分析结果,利用最优方案的工艺参数对翘曲变形进行了优化,结果表明:由所有效应造成的变形量降低了16.07%;由冷却不均造成的变形为降低了23.76%;由收缩不均造成的变形为降低了13.95%,相比初始工艺参数有了改善。 Based on Moldflow software,the mold flow analysis of a certain brand GPS locator shell was carried out,and a more reasonable cooling system and pouring system were obtained,which made the melt flow inside the two cavities more balanced.Using the orthogonal test method,the effects of melt temperature,injection molding+holding pressure+cooling time and filling pressure on warpage deformation were analyzed.The results showed that the filling pressure had the greatest effect on warpage,followed by melt temperature,injection molding+holding pressure+cooling time has minimal effect.According to the analysis results,the warpage deformation was optimized using the process parameters of the optimal scheme.The results showed that the amount of deformation caused by all effects was reduced by 16.07%;the deformation caused by uneven cooling was reduced by 23.76%;the deformation caused by both was reduced by 13.95%,which was improved compared with the initial process parameters.
