PE/PA复合包装膜中碳酸钙向食品模拟物的迁移研究 被引量:1

Study on the Migration of Calcium Carbonate from PE/PA Composite Packaging Film to Food Simulants

摘要 为测定PE/PA复合包装膜中碳酸钙的迁移,建立了湿法消解-ICP-OES法对材料中的碳酸钙进行检测,测定了薄膜中的碳酸钙在四种食品模拟物(4%乙酸、水、50%乙醇、95%乙醇)中的迁移量,考察了时间、温度等变量的存在对碳酸钙向食品模拟物中迁移的影响和复合包装膜的总迁移。结果表明:薄膜中碳酸钙的初始含量约为6.52%;碳酸钙在食品模拟物中的迁移量排序为:4%乙酸>水>50%乙醇>95%乙醇,温度的升高会使碳酸钙的迁移速率加快,并且在一定范围内碳酸钙向食品模拟物中的迁移量会随时间的延长而增加;薄膜在食品模拟物4%乙酸和水溶液中的总迁移分别为127.31 mg/dm^(2)、4.16 mg/dm^(2)。说明该种类薄膜的使用条件为常温干燥,尽量避免在酸性条件下使用,并且不宜长时间存放于有机环境下。 To determine the migration pattern of calcium carbonate in PE/PA composite packaging films,this paper applies the wet digestion-ICP-OES method,which measures how much the calcium carbonate in the film would migrate in four food simulants(4%acetic acid,water,50%ethanol,95%ethanol)respectively,and examines the effects and the total migration of PE/PA composite packaging film by the presence of variables such as time and temperature.The result indicates the ranking of different food simulants where the calcium carbonate migrated(4%acetic acid>water>50%ethanol>95%ethanol),given an initial level of calcium carbonate in the film of around 6.52%.It shows that increase in temperature accelerated the migration rate of calcium carbonate,that in a certain range,the migration of calcium carbonate into food simulants will increase by time,and that the total migration of the film in 4%acetic acid and aqueous solution of food simulant is 127.31 mg/dm^(2)and 4.16 mg/dm^(2),respectively.It also suggests that this kind of film will be used under normal temperature and dry environment,avoiding acidic conditions or long-time exposure to organic environments.
