摘要
为探究饲喂一年陈玉米和烘干玉米对种鸡蛋品质、血清抗氧化能力、繁殖性能和营养物质消化吸收效率的影响,试验选取224只55周龄海兰褐种鸡,随机分为一年陈玉米组和烘干玉米组,每组7个重复,每个重复16只鸡。试验期为56 d。结果显示:与烘干玉米组相比,一年陈玉米组显著提高了种蛋蛋形指数、蛋白高度和蛋壳厚度(P<0.05),显著降低了蛋黄颜色(P<0.05);一年陈玉米组显著提高了免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量(P<0.05)和溶菌酶(LZM)含量(P<0.01),但极显著降低了种鸡血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量(P<0.01);饲喂一年陈玉米后,机体对饲粮中粗蛋白的消化利用率显著降低(P<0.05),但对粗脂肪、能量和水分的消化利用率无显著影响。由此可见,一年陈玉米和烘干玉米饲喂种鸡,在各方面指标中没有表现出绝对的优势和劣势,具体的施用应根据当季玉米价格和动物的偏好综合考虑。
The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of one-year aging corn and dried corn on egg quality,serum antioxidant capacity,reproductive performance,and nutrient digestibility of layer breeders.Two hundred and twenty-four Hy-Line Brown hens aged 55 weeks were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the one-year aging corn group and the dried corn group.Each group consisted of 7 replicates with 16 hens for each replicate.The trial lasted for 56 days.The results showed:Compared with the dried corn group,the egg shape index,protein height and shell thickness were significantly improved in the one-year aging corn group(P<0.05),and the yolk color was significantly decreased(P<0.05);The contents of immunoglobulin A(IgA)and lysozyme(LZM)in the one-year aging corn group were significantly increased(P<0.05),but the contents of immunoglobulin G(IgG)and glutathione(GSH)in serum were significantly decreased(P<0.01);After feeding one-year aging corn,the digestibility of crude protein was significantly decreased(P<0.05),but the digestibility of crude fat,energy and water was not significantly affected.It can be seen that feeding layer breeders with one-year aging corn and dried corn does not show absolute advantages and disadvantages in all aspects of indicators.The specific application should be considered comprehensively according to the corn price and animal preference in the current season.
