摘要 为解决家电检测室测试数据传输问题,设计了一种NB-IoT的家电测试参数远程监控方案,方案中采用NB-IoT模组采集家电主机的测试数据,数据经由无线网络上报至云端,配合前端交互界面使得检测人员可以随时随地查看家电的测试数据及运行情况,实现测试参数的远程监控。NB-IoT网络具有广覆盖、低功耗、低成本、大连接、数据速率低等特点,非常适用于屏蔽强、密封好、不便于网络走线的工作场景;云端的应用数据处理后台服务依托智能家电领域行业性公共云服务平台众家云平台提供。所设计的方案经实际验证,可以实现预设功能。 In order to solve the test data transmission problem in the home appliance testing room,the scheme of remote monitoring of home appliance test parameters is designed.In this design,the test data of the EUT is collected by the wireless module and reported to the cloud via the NB-IoT network.Users can monitor the test data and running status of EUT through the web interface anytime,anywhere.NB-IoT network has the characteristics of wide coverage,low power consumption,low cost,large connection,low data rate,etc.,which is very suitable for laboratories with strong shielding,good sealing and inconvenient network routing.The application data processing service in the cloud is provided by Zen Cloud IoT Platform,an industrial public cloud service platform in the field of smart appliances.The designed scheme has been verified by actual application and can realize the function set previously.
