摘要
随着纤维过滤材料的广泛应用,其过滤性能的影响因素是研究的重点。根据加工方式的不同,纤维过滤材料可以分为机织、针织、非织造和复合过滤材料。其中在气体过滤领域,非织造过滤材料的应用最为广泛。分析认为,纤维的细度、长度、卷曲数以及纤网的面密度和厚度均可影响非织造过滤材料的过滤性能,并对纤维的表面形态对过滤效果的影响进行了详细的分析,指出纤维过滤材料将沿着绿色化、种类多样化、多功能化的趋势发展。
With the wide application of fiber filter materials,the influence factors of filtration performance are the focus of research.According to different processing methods,fiber filter materials can be divided into woven,knitted,non-woven and composite filter materials.Among them,non-woven filter materials are the most widely used in the field of gas filtration.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the fineness,length,number of crimps of the fiber and the areal density and thickness of the fiber net can affect the filtering effect of non-woven filter material,a detaled analysis of the influence of fiber surface morphology on the filter effect is carried out.It is pointed out that fiber filtration materials will be developed along the trend of green,variety and multi-function.
