2014年~2019年河北省收获玉米质量情况调查

QUALITY INVESTIGATION OF HARVESTED CORN IN HEBEI PROVINCE FROM 2014 TO 2019

为了掌握河北省收获玉米质量情况,为承储企业收购粮食、加工企业选择优质玉米提供有力的技术支持,对2014年~2019年河北省收获玉米质量进行调查。分别对容重、不完善粒含量、水分、淀粉含量、粗蛋白质含量、粗脂肪含量和百粒重等指标从不同年份变化、不同城市间平均值比较进行分析。结果表明:2014年~2019年河北省新收获玉米质量均处于较好水平。2018年为玉米质量最好年份,容重最高,不完善粒含量和水分最低;13个市的玉米质量进行比较,容重、不完善粒均达到一等要求,水分均控制在安全水分以下。秦皇岛市、辛集市容重为各市最好,并且不完善粒和水分含量最低;而且,秦皇岛市新收获玉米的粗蛋白质、粗脂肪含量为各市最高,淀粉含量最低。

To understand the quality status of harvested corn,and provide emollient technique support with information on the high-quality corn for purchasing and storage companies and processing companies,the quality of harvested corn in Hebei Province from 2014 to 2019 was invested.The test included test weight,unsound kernels content,moisture content,starch content,protein content,fat content and mass of 100 corns.The quality indicators were analysed from two aspects:the annual change of each detection index and the comparison of the average value of the detection index of each city.The results show that the quality of harvested corn in Hebei Province from 2014 to 2019 was at a good level.The quality of corns was the best in 2018.The test weight was the highest.Unsound kernels content and moisture content were at the lowest values.The quality of corns from 13 cities was compared.All of the test weight,unsound kernels content were arrived the first level.Moisture content was lower than the safe humidity.Among 13 cities,the test weight in Qinhuangdao City and Xinji City were the highest,unsound kernels content and moisture content were the lowest.Besides,protein content and fat content of harvested corn in Qinhuangdao City were at the highest values.Starch content was at the lowest values.
