黄酮类化合物具有多种生物学活性,如抗氧化、抗菌、抗炎和抗应激等,作为饲料中的抗氧化剂在畜牧生产中广泛应用。黄酮类化合物广泛分布于植物的根、茎、叶、花和果中,需要从植物原料中提取获得。文章综述乙醇回流法、热水浸提法、有机溶剂法等黄酮的提取工艺及黄酮类提取物在畜牧生产上的应用,旨在为黄酮类化合物的进一步的开发与临床应用提供参考。

Flavonoids have a variety of biological activities, such as antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-stress, etc, especially widely used as antioxidants in feed in livestock production. Flavonoids are widely distributed in the roots, stems, leaves, flowers and fruits of plants and need to be extracted from plant materials. The article reviews the extraction technology of flavonoids such as ethanol reflux method, hot water extraction method, organic solvent method and the application of flavonoid extracts in animal husbandry production. It aims to provide reference for the further development and clinical application of flavonoids.
