新型非贵金属碳材料的开发及其氧还原性能研究 被引量:1

Development of Novel Non-noble-metal Porous Carbon Materials and Its Oxygen Reduction Performance

摘要 高效碳基非贵金属氧还原催化剂的开发是燃料电池突破高成本壁垒,实现商业化应用的关键。本文以金属有机框架为前驱体,采用简易的硫化-烧结处理工艺设计获得了一种新型钴/氮掺杂的多孔碳材料。通过对制备工艺进行优化,提高了材料的氧还原催化活性,分析获得了材料的微观结构与氧还原性能之间的相互影响规律,为非贵金属催化剂的开发提供了参考依据。实验结果表明:前躯体包含Zn时,经过900℃高温热解,衍生的催化剂展示了与商用铂碳催化剂媲美的氧还原反应活性、优异的稳定性和良好的抗甲醇能力,其起始电位为1.009 V,半波电位为0.864V,极限电流密度为5.310 mA.cm^(-2)。 Development of high efficient carbon-based non-noble metal oxygen reduction catalysts is the key to fuel cell in breaking through the high cost barriers and commercial applications.In this work,a novel Co/N-doped porous carbon hybrid is synthesized through a simple vulcanization and calcination strategy using the metal-organic-frameworks as precursors.By optimizing the synthesis process,the cataly tic activity of the material toward oxygen reduction reaction is improved,and the relationship between the microstructure and oxygen reduction performance is obtained.This strategy may provide a reference for the preparation of non-noble metal catalysts.Experimental results show that when Zn is contained in the precursors,the derived catalyst after pyrolysis at 900℃shows the prominent oxygen reduction reaction activity,durability and methanol tolerance comparable to those of commercial Pt/C catalyst with an oneset potential of 1.009 V,a half-wave potential of 0.864 V and a limit current density of 5.310 mA·cm^(-2).
