摘要
本文通过实验研究了CO_(2)质量分数为11.39%~70.95%,壁面过冷度为5~25 K,总压力为5~15 kPa的CO_(2)/H_(2)O混合气体自然对流条件下在水平管外的凝结换热规律,结果表明CO_(2)/H_(2)O的凝结换热系数随CO_(2)含量和壁面过冷度的增大而降低,但随总压力的增大而增大。根据实验结果建立了新关联式,将关联式应用到凝汽器的设计计算与分析,且对凝汽器进行了分离特性和经济性分析。
This paper experimentally studied the condensation of steam-CO_(2) on horizontal tube under free convection.The condensation heat transfer coefficients were obtained for CO_(2) mass fraction ranging from 11.39%to 70.95%,.surface subccolings ranging from 5 K to 25 K,and the pressure ranging from 5 kPa to 15 kPa.The results show that the condensation heat transfer deteriorates with the increasing CO_(2) mass fraction and surface subcooling,but increases with increasing of the total pressure.A new correlation was proposed based experimental data and used to calculating and designing condensers.Also,the separation characteristics and economic of the condenser were analyzed.
