养老机构特征性因素对老年人关怀需求的影响

Influence of characteristic factors of pension institutions on caring needs of old aged people

目的了解唐山市养老机构老年人关怀需求的现状,探讨养老机构特征性因素对老年人关怀需求的影响。方法采用随机整群抽样法于2019年7月~2020年1月对唐山市养老机构660名≥60周岁老年人进行问卷调查。问卷包括:一般资料问卷、养老机构特征性因素问卷、养老机构老年人关怀行为评价量表。结果唐山市养老机构老年人关怀需求总分(90.87±19.43)分,条目均分为(3.25±0.69)分;其中建立信任关系维度均分最高,为(4.01±0.63)分;给予信心和希望维度均分最低,为(2.70±0.82)分。多元线性回归显示文化程度、住宿条件、营养搭配、家人探望频率、集体活动频率、生活幸福程度是养老机构老年人关怀需求的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论唐山市养老机构老年人关怀需求总体水平中等偏上,护理人员应着重针对养老机构特征性因素及老年人的个性化需求给予关怀,为老年人提供舒适的晚年养老环境。

Objective To understand the current situation of the care needs of the middle-aged and the elderly in the elderly care institutions in Tangshan City,and to explore the influence of the characteristic factors of the pension institutions on the care needs of the middle-aged.Methods From July 2019 to January 2020,660 elderly people(≥60 ages)in Tangshan old-age care institutions were investigated by general information questionnaire,characteristic factors questionnaire and caring behavior evaluation scale for the elderly.Results The total score of caring needs of the elderly in elderly care institutions in Tangshan city was(90.87±19.43)points,and the average score of items was(3.25±0.69).The average score of the dimension of establishing trust was the highest(4.01±0.63),and the dimension of giving confidence and hope was the lowest(2.70±0.82).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level,accommodation conditions,nutrition collocation,family visit frequency,collective activity frequency and life happiness were the influencing factors of care needs of elderly people in pension institutions(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall level of care needs of the elderly in the elderly care institutions in Tangshan city is on the medium level.Nursing staff should focus on understanding the characteristic factors of the elderly care institutions and give care to the personalized needs of the elderly,so as to provide a comfortable old age environment for the elderly.
