东北商品粮基地县耕地时空变化及影响因素分析--以辽源市东辽县为例

Spatiotemporal changes of cultivated lands in Northeast commodity grain base county and its influencing factors--Take the change of cultivated land in Dongliao County of Liaoyuan City

以辽源市东辽县为研究区域,基于ArcGIS空间分析功能,测度了研究区2009—2016年间耕地时空变化及其中的耕地转换信息;同时针对研究区2009—2016年间耕地流转去向探讨了研究区耕地数量减少的主要动因所在.结果表明:2009—2016年东辽县耕地转入来源均为未利用地,主要是对废弃采矿用地及荒草地进行复垦.耕地转出去向多为建设用地和其他农用地,转出耕地响应国家城镇及交通规划供应所需土地资源.立足以上分析结果,结合东辽县社会经济发展与土地利用政策变化情况,对东辽县的耕地数量、质量保护及土地利用整治工程布局和建设时序提出了建议.

Cultivated land is the important basis of food safety,with the rapid rise of population urbanization rate and urban construction land expands,become the main factors of cultivated land quantity and quality of falling.In order to ensure the food security under the background of rapid urbanization,it is of great significance to study the dynamic monitoring of cultivated land change in commercial grain base counties.Firstly,this paper takes Dongliao County,Liaoyuan City as the research area,and based on ArcGIS spatial analysis function,measures the temporal and spatial change of cultivated land in the research area from 2009 to 2016,and measures the cultivated land conversion information.Secondly,the influence factors of the transfer direction of cultivated land in the research area from 2009 to 2016 were analyzed to explore the main reasons for the decrease of cultivated land quantity in the research area.Finally,based on the above analysis results and in combination with the social and economic development and land use policy changes in Dongliao County,some suggestions on the quantity and quality protection of cultivated land and the layout and construction timing of land use improvement projects in Dongliao County were put forward.
