摘要
惯性导航系统中的加速度、转速、扭矩等关键量的准确测量直接影响到系统导航精度。扭矩计量是惯导系统中的关键量之一。由于气浮轴承摩擦损耗小,目前替代刀口支撑的标准扭矩机已逐步成为扭矩溯源的首选形式。结合转速、加速度精确测量技术与溯源方法研究,惯性导航系统的关键量测量能够为后续复杂数据处理分析、坐标转换与最终位置信息处理提供有力的技术支撑。
The accurate measurement of key parameters such as acceleration,rotation speed,torque in the inertial navigation system directly affects the system navigation accuracy.Torque measurement is one of the key parameters in the inertial navigation system.Due to the small friction loss of air bearing,the standard torque machine which replaces the knifeedge supporting has gradually become the preferred form for torque traceability.Combined with the research on the precise measurement technology and traceability method of rotational speed and acceleration,the key parameter measurements of the inertial navigation system can provide strong technical support for the subsequent complex data processing and analysis,coordinate conversion,and final position information processing.
