摘要
以ZR-1210型口罩呼吸阻力检测仪为校准对象,分别采用小孔微压与电子孔口流量计对仪器通气特定流量点85L/min进行校准,并对仪器关联性压力进行了分析:试验结果表明采用电子孔口流量计校准仪器通气流量,其所关联的仪器压力示值均不超过±1000Pa,在仪器安全性能方面较小孔微压流量法具有一定的优势同时,提出的流量校准中关联性压力分析为口罩呼吸阻力检测仪流量校准选择标准器提供了一种技术参考.
In this paper,the ZR-1210 mask breathing resistance detector was used as the calibration object,and the small hole micro-pressure and electronic orifice flowmeter were used to calibrate the specific flow point of the instrument at85 L/min,and the correlation pressure of the instrument was analyzed. The test results show that the electronic orifice flowmeter which was used to calibrate the instrument was of certain advantages over the small-pore micro-pressure method in terms of instrument safety performance,as the associated pressure of the instrument is not more than ± 1000 Pa. At the same time,the proposed correlation pressure analysis in the flow calibration provides a technical reference for selecting a standard for the flow calibration of the mask respiratory resistance tester.
