新疆某综合大学军训期间就诊新生发病情况调查

Investigation on Incidence of Common Diseases during Military Training among Freshmen in a Comprehensive University in Xinjiang

目的:通过对2019年石河子大学军训期间就诊新生的发病情况进行调查分析,为军训期间减少各类疾病的发生及预防措施的制定提供科学依据。方法:采用现状调查法,通过设计“军训新生就诊登记表”收集2019年石河子大学参加军训后就诊新生的基本信息及发病情况,对其进行统计学分析。结果:本次军训期间共212人次就诊,就诊疾病构成比最高的前3位分别为训练性损伤(26.42%)、胃肠道疾病(21.23%)、上呼吸道感染(11.32%);其次为头晕、低钾血症、胸闷以及其他疾病;日就诊人次第三天达到高峰,为42人,随后几天呈逐渐下降趋势;军训期间学生就诊人次最高为20:00-22:00时间段,共计35人,胃肠道疾病就诊的人次最多,白天时间段就诊疾病最多的为训练性损伤;对比构成比前3位疾病的男、女生就诊情况,差异无统计学意义。结论:军训前应及时做好针对性的军训前健康教育,培养学生良好生活习惯及自我保护意识,同时学校应合理安排军训时间及强度,做好后勤保障及医疗卫生工作。

Objective:Through investigation and analysis of the morbidity situation of the freshmen who receive the treatment during military training in 2019 in Shihezi university,it will provide a scientific basis for reducing the occurrence of various diseases and formulating preventive measures during military training.Methods:Using the current survey method,the basic information and morbidity of the freshmen who will attend the military training in Shihezi University in 2019 will be collected by designing the“Medical registration form for military training freshmen”,and then statistically analyzed.Results:A total of 212 persons were treated during the military training.The top 3 diseases with the highest proportion of disease composition were training-related injuries(26.42%),gastrointestinal diseases(21.23%)and upper respiratory tract infection(11.32%).With the followings are dizziness,hypokalemia,chest tightness and other diseases.The number of daily visits peaked at 42 on the third day and gradually decreased in the following days.During the military training,the time of the maxium number of visits to the doctors was from 20:00 to 22:00,with a total of 35 patients,among which the most common disease was gastrointestinal disease.Training injuries were the most common medical problems during the daytime.There was no statistically significant difference between male and female patients with the first three diseases.Conclusions:Health education before military training should be timely carried out to cultivate students'good living habits and sense of self-protection.At the same time,the school should reasonably arrange the time and intensity of military training,and do a good job in logistics support and medical health work.
