引导骨组织再生技术在口腔颌面部创伤后牙缺失伴骨缺损种植修复中的临床应用效果分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析引导骨组织再生技术在口腔颌面部创伤后牙缺失伴骨缺损种植修复中的应用效果。方法80例口腔颌面部创伤后牙缺失伴骨缺损患者,按照随机数字表法分为甲组和乙组,各40例。甲组患者采用上颚前牙二期种植修补术治疗,乙组患者采用引导骨组织再生技术进行治疗。对比两组患者的成骨效果、美学效果及种植修复效果。结果治疗后,乙组红色美学标准(PES)、白色美学标准(WES)评分分别为(10.48±1.93)、(8.82±1.24)分,均高于甲组的(9.03±1.07)、(7.14±1.10)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,乙组的牙槽骨厚度、成骨厚度分别为(6.90±0.72)、(2.46±0.51)mm,均高于甲组的(5.45±0.91)、(1.17±0.36)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组种植修复成功35例,种植修复成功率为87.50%;乙组种植修复成功40例,种植修复成功率为100.00%;乙组种植修复成功率高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.33,P<0.05)。结论引导骨组织再生技术在口腔颌面部创伤后牙缺失伴骨缺损种植修复中具有显著的应用效果,可加快种植体的成骨速度,并提高种植修复的成功率,有利于改善患者口腔颌面部的美观度。 Objective To analyze the practical effect of guided bone tissue regeneration technique in implant repair of tooth loss with bone defect after oral and maxillofacial trauma.Methods A total of 80 cases of tooth loss with bone defect after oral and maxillofacial trauma were divided into group A and group B according to random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.Group A was treated with second-stage maxillary anterior teeth implant repair,and group B was treated with guided bone tissue regeneration technique.The osteogenesis effect,aesthetic effect and implant restoration effect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the pink esthetic score(PES)and white esthetic score(WES)of group B were(10.48±1.93)and(8.82±1.24)points,which were all higher than(9.03±1.07)and(7.14±1.10)points of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the alveolar bone thickness and osteogenesis thickness of group B were(6.90±0.72)and(2.46±0.51)mm,which were all higher than(5.45±0.91)and(1.17±0.36)mm of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 35 cases of successful implant restorations in group A,with a success rate of 87.50%;40 cases of successful implant restorations in group B,with a success rate of 100.00%;the success rate of implant restoration in group B was higher than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.33,P<0.05).Conclusion Guided bone tissue regeneration technique has a significant application effect in the implant restoration of tooth loss with bone defect after oral and maxillofacial trauma,which can effectively accelerate the bone formation rate of implant and improve the success rate of implant restoration,and is beneficial to the improvement of oral and maxillofacial aesthetics.
