苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平与缬沙坦联合治疗高血压的临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical efficacy of combined treatment of levoamlodipine besylate and valsartan onhypertension

目的分析苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平与缬沙坦联合治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法204例高血压患者,应用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组102例。对照组应用缬沙坦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗。对比两组临床疗效,治疗后舒张压、收缩压、心率水平,不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的总有效率89.22%高于对照组的63.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的舒张压、收缩压、心率水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率3.92%与对照组的1.96%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平与缬沙坦联合治疗高血压的临床疗效显著,且用药也较为安全,是一种优秀的联合用药方案。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of combined treatment of levoamlodipine besylate and valsartan on hypertension.Methods A total of 204 hypertension patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 102 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valsartan,and the observation group was treated with levoamlodipine besylate based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,heart rate level after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 89.22%of the observation group was higher than 63.73%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 3.92%of the observation group had no statistically significant compared with 1.96%of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment of levoamlodipine besylate and valsartan shows remarkable clinical efficacy on hypertension,and the medication is relatively safe.It is an excellent combination regimen.
