强视三达法联合药膳治疗青少年儿童弱视的经验总结

Experience in Qiangshi Sanda Method combined with medicated diet in the treatment of amblyopia in adolescents and children

弱视作为儿童期起病的最主要的视觉障碍疾病之一,发病率呈逐年上涨的趋势,对青少年儿童的视力发育与身心健康发展有影响,中医眼科名家左韬教授工作30余年,一直致力于应用中西医结合疗法治疗眼科疾患,在治疗青少年儿童弱视也有丰富的临床认识,左教授根据弱视先天肝肾不足与后天脾胃虚弱的病机总结出了强视三达法,在多年从医经验的积累中不断改进优化,联合药膳辅助治疗取得了卓著的效果。本文总结其诊疗经验,为弱视的中西医协同治疗提供参考和思路。

Amblyopia is one of the most important visual disorders in childhood,and its incidence is increasing year by year.It has an impact on the visual development and physical and mental health of teenagers and children.Professor Zuo Tao,Master of Chinese Ophthalmology,has worked for more than 30 years and has been committed to the application of integrated Chinese and Western medicine to treat ophthalmic diseases.He also has a wealth of clinical knowledge in the treatment of amblyopia in adolescents and children.Professor Zuo believes that amblyopia based on the pathogenesis of amblyopia’s congenital liver and kidney deficiency and acquired spleen and stomach weakness has summarized the Qiangshi Sanda Method,which continuously improved and optimized it through the accumulation of years of medical experience,and achieved outstanding results combined with medicated diet.This article summarizes his experience in diagnosis and treatment,and provides references and ideas for the collaborative treatment of amblyopia with Chinese and Western medicine.
