中医心理“三步走法”在肿瘤防治中的思路探索

Exploration on‘three-step approach’of psychotherapy of TCM in tumor prevention and treatment

近年来,心理因素在肿瘤防治中的作用越来越引起了人们的关注,但中医心理与肿瘤疾病的关联性研究却很少引起人们的重视。因此,在中医心理防治肿瘤的过程中,应突破目前的诊疗模式,将中医心理"三步走法"应用于肿瘤防治:一是在肿瘤发生前普及"未病先防心理";二是在肿瘤发展中加强"既病防变心理";三是在肿瘤转移时注重"已变延缓心理"。文章基于中医治未病理论探索中医心理"三步走法"在肿瘤防治中的新思路,突出体现中医个体化和治未病优势。

In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the role of psychological factors in the prevention and treatment of tumor,but the research on the relationship between the psychotherapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and tumor diseases has attracted little attention.Therefore,it is necessary to break through the current mode of diagnosis and treatment in the process of exploring the psychological prevention and treatment of tumor in TCM,and apply the‘three-step approach’of TCM psychology to the prevention and treatment of tumor:The first is to popularize‘the psychology of prevention before cancer onset’;the second is to strengthen‘the psychology of preventing cancer from exacerbating’;and the third is to pay attention to‘the psychology of delaying the change at the late stage of tumor’.These three aspects,which run through the prevention and treatment of tumor,are belong to a comprehensive system of prevention and treatment,which is of great significance to the prevention and treatment of tumor diseases.Based on the TCM theory of preventive treatment of disease,the new idea of‘three-step approach’of the psychotherapy of TCM in tumor prevention and treatment was explored,and the advantages of individualization and preventive treatment of disease in TCM were highlighted.
