经筋损伤微环境探幽

Discussion on microenvironment of the meridian sinew injury

内外各种致病因素作用于经筋会引起经筋特异性结构的破坏及功能活动的异常。中医学认为经筋损伤可以概括为邪结所致筋结,最终可能导致筋源性脏腑不和的病理过程。现代医学视角下的经筋损伤微环境以细胞为载体,在以骨骼肌为主体的软组织损伤修复过程中表现出复杂的损伤网络。文章分别从中医学及现代医学角度对经筋损伤微环境进行探析,同时提出经筋损伤二重性的认识,以期为经筋损伤提供科学的理论依据。

Various internal and external pathogenic factors act on the meridian sinew causing damage to the specific structures of the meridian sinew and abnormalities in functional activities.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)believes that the damage of the meridian sinew can be summarized as the lumps caused by the evil knots,which may eventually lead to the pathological process of the viscera.The pathological microenvironment of the meridian sinew in the perspective of modern medicine uses a cell as a carrier to exhibit a complex damage network during the repair of injured soft tissues with skeletal muscle as the main body.This paper discussed the microenvironment of the meridian sinew injury from the perspective of the TCM and modern medicine,and put forward the understanding of the duality of the meridian sinew injury,in order to provide a scientific theoretical basis for the meridian sinew injury.
