论肠道菌群与中医肾精的相关性

Discussion on the correlation between intestinal flora and kidney essence of traditional Chinese medicine

肾精和肠道菌群是中西医界对机体内精微物质的不同解读。肾为先天之本,受五脏六腑之精而藏之,肾精在机体生长发育成熟衰老等多方面起着不可替代的作用。肠道菌群数量庞大,从生命伊始即不断影响着生命进程,在多个维度起着重要作用。二者表述不同,名词各异,但其在人体生长壮老已的过程中所展现的基本生命规律相似。肠道菌群与肾精的定义、内涵及功能高度一致,笔者就肾精与肠道菌群理论的内在联系,从来源、功能、生理病理影响等方面浅论其二者的相关性,并提出了肠道菌群属肾精的假说。

Kidney essence and intestinal flora are the different interpretations of the subtle substances in the body by traditional Chinese and western medicine.The kidney is the root of congenital constitution,which is stored by the essence of five zang-organs and six fu-organs.Kidney essence plays an irreplaceable role in the growth,development,maturity and aging of the body.The large number of intestinal flora continuously affects the process from the beginning of life and plays an important role in multiple dimensions.Although the expression and nouns of both are different,the basic life laws work are similar in the process of human growth and development.The intestinal flora and kidney essence are highly consistent in definition,connotation and function.Based on the internal relationship between kidney essence and intestinal flora theory in the aspects of origin,function,physiological and pathological influence,the authors put forward the hypothesis that intestinal flora belongs to kidney essence.
