国医大师梅国强辨治恶寒症经验探析

Analysis of TCM master MEI Guo-qiang’s experience in distinguishing and treating aversion to cold

文章旨在探析国医大师梅国强教授辨治恶寒症经验。恶寒病机复杂,非独外感寒邪及阳虚而能囊括,其病机关键在于卫气不和,卫气不和又有卫气不足及卫气不通之分,阴盛阳衰和气血亏虚可致卫气不足而产生恶寒,外感邪气、痰饮水湿、瘀血内阻、阳郁不达、疮痈初起可致卫气不通而产生恶寒。卫气不足者当温补阳气、益气活血等充卫以散寒,卫气不畅者当辛温解表、宣表化湿、疏利三焦、活血化瘀、疏肝理气、解毒消痈等通卫以散寒。

To analysis the experience of TCM master MEI Guo-qiang in treating aversion to cold.The pathogenesis of cold aversion is complex and cannot be summarized by exogenous cold pathogenic factors and yang deficiency.The key to its pathogenesis is defensive qi disharmony,which is divided into inadequate and obstruct.Yin flourishes while yang declines and deficiency of qi and blood can cause deficiency of defensive qi and produce the symptoms of fearing cold,exposing to exogenous cold,phlegm and retained fluid,blood stasis resistance,yang is blocked,the beginning of sore carbuncle can cause obstruction of defensive qi and produce the symptoms of cold aversion.Deficiency of defensive qi should by tonifying yang,warming channel and activating blood circulation to fill the body and disperse cold.Defensive qi is not unobstructed should by dispelling the evil in the superficies with drugs of pungent taste and warm nature,resolving dampness,clearing heat-dampness in sanjiao,activating blood and resolving stasis,dispersing liver and regulating qi,removing toxicity for eliminating carbuncles to make defensive qi unblocked and disperse cold.
