CHEN Zhi-qiang’s experience in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy

特发性膜性肾病作为引起终末期肾病的重要原因,其治疗方案目前尚有许多争论。陈志强教授通过详细分析特发性膜性肾病的中医病因病机并结合多年临床经验,归纳总结出"脾肾亏虚、风湿瘀痹"的基本病机,进而提出"益气温阳、祛风除湿、活血通络"的治疗原则,在临床中围绕主体病机辨证论治,取得良好疗效。

Idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN)is an important cause of end stage renal disease.There are still many controversies about the treatment of IMN.Professor CHEN Zhi-qiang summed up the basic pathogenesis of‘deficiency of spleen and kidney,rheumatism and blood stasis’by analyzing the etiology of IMN in detail and combining with longterm clinical practice,and then put forward the treatment principle of‘invigorating qi and warming yang,dispelling wind and dampness,promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals’,and achieved good curative effect centering on treatment of main pathogenesis based on syndrome differentiation.
