文章介绍了马云枝教授临床治疗帕金森病的学术思想及治疗经验,总结出帕金森病病位在筋脉,主要与肝脾肾三脏相关,归纳出肝肾亏虚为发病之本,脾虚贯穿疾病始终,瘀血为内风之源的理论,辨证应首辨虚实,明辨脏腑,治疗上从肝脾肾三脏论治,以补肾填髓、镇肝息风、健脾化痰、化瘀息风为治则,对于常见伴随症状用药经验予以总结,并辅以验案进行分析,把握主线,临证化裁,临床多获良效,故整理总结,以期达抛砖引玉之效。

This paper introduces professor MA Yun-zhi’s academic thinking and treatment experience in clinical treatment of Parkinson’s disease.She summarizes the location of Parkinson’s disease in the tendon vein,which is mainly related to the liver,spleen and kidney,and concludes that liver-kidney deficiency is the main cause of the disease.The disease always has the theory that blood stasis is the source of internal wind.Syndrome differentiation should be the first to distinguish between deficiency and excess,clear zang-fu viscera,and treated from the liver,spleen and kidney.Treatment principle are repairing the kidney,eliminating the wind,strengthening the spleening and resolving phlegm,removing blood stasis and extinguish the wind.The experience of common accompanying symptoms medication was summed up,and supplemented by the case for analysis,grasp the main line,clinical evidence,clinically more effective,so we sorted out to achieve the effect of throwing out a minnow to catch a whale.
