赵进喜经验方柴胡脊瓜汤之理论溯源与临床应用

Theoretical traceability and clinical application of ZHAO Jin-xi’s empirical prescription Chaihu Jigua Decoction

柴胡脊瓜汤是赵进喜教授在跟师学习国医大师吕仁和教授的基础上,结合自己多年的临床体悟总结的经验方。柴胡脊瓜汤是在小柴胡汤的基础上加桑寄生、续断、牛膝、狗脊和木瓜组成,主治肝郁气滞、肾精亏虚之证,以急躁易怒、腰膝酸软、腰痛、脱发,伴或不伴双下肢水肿,脉沉、舌红、苔黄腻,舌边有浊沫为临证要点。文章将从柴胡脊瓜汤的理论来源、适应证与临床应用等方面进行初步讨论。

Chaihu Jigua Decoction is professor ZHAO Jin-xi’s empirical prescription which is based on TCM master LYU Ren-he’s drug theory and ZHAO’s clinical practice. Chaihu Jigua Decoction is mainly composed of Chaihu Decoction with Sangjisheng, Chuanduan, Niuxi, Gouji and Mugua. In fact, it is used to treat liver qi stagnation, kidney essence deficiency syndrome, with the clinical points of irritable, waist and knee acid soft, low back pain, hair loss, with or without lower limb edema, pulse heavy, tongue red, moss yellow greasy, side turbidity foam. In this paper, the theoretical origin, indication and clinical application of Chaihu Jikua Decoction are discussed.
