Experience of DU Hui-lan in treating gynecological diseases with classical prescriptions

经方被誉为"众法之宗,群方之祖",其组方严谨,选药精简,效如桴鼓,备受后世医家推崇。杜惠兰教授从医三十余载,学验俱丰,临证善用经方治疗妇科诸疾,疗效显著。文章介绍杜惠兰教授秉承辨证论治基本原则及辨病与辨证相结合,灵活化裁运用经方治疗痛经、卵巢囊肿、盆腔炎性疾病以及妇人脏躁验案。

Classical prescriptions are known as‘the source of methodologies,the originator of prescriptions’.The prescription is rigorous,the choice of medicine is concise,and the curative effect is remarkable,which is highly respected by the medical profession of later generations.Professor DU Hui-lan has been a doctor for more than 30 years.This article introduces professor DU Hui-lan’s experience of treating dysmenorrhea,ovarian cyst,pelvic inflammatory disease and hysteria under the guidance of dialectic theory and the principle of combining differentiation of diseases.It has achieved satisfactory results in the treatment of these diseases.
