于天源“四步六法”治疗神经根型颈椎病理论探析

Theoretical analysis of YU Tian-yuan’s‘four steps and six methods’in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

This paper summarizes YU Tian-yuan’s clinical experience in the treatment of cervical spondylosis with four steps and six methods.The‘four steps’include loosening tendons,unblocking meridians,restoring and expanding tendons;‘six manipulations’include pushing manipulation with one finger,plucking acupoints,cervical positioning rotation pulling method,neck end lifting method,pulling brachial plexus nerve and pulling neck.The operation of four steps and six methods focuses on the small intestine meridian of SI.The purpose of treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is to release local muscles and dredge qi and blood of meridians.Based on the theory of channels and collaterals,the four steps and six methods combine traditional medicine with modern anatomy to construct the characteristic treatment scheme of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and deepen the connotation of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.It provides a new idea for the clinical treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
