肺络病治疗术语规范化研究方法探析

Research method of standardization of the treatment terms of lung collateral disease

肺络病为络病学分支,作为新中医理论,为了使肺络病学更好地传播交流,故需对肺络病名词术语进行规范化研究。文章总结分析了肺络病术语规范化研究的意义与发展现状;总结归纳出肺络病治疗术语规范化研究方法,包括名词的规范与名词审定两部分,从资料来源、词条选取、规范定名、名词释义、术语简释5个方面阐述了名词规范的方法;并从专家问卷、临床反馈、会议讨论3个方面分析了名词审定的方法,为肺络病名词术语的进一步规范化研究提供思路与方法。

Lung collateral disease is a branch of collateral disease.As a new traditional chinese medicine theory,in order to spread and communicate pulmonary collateral disease better,it is necessary to standardize the terminology of lung collateral disease.This paper summarizes and analyzes the significance and development status of the standardization of pulmonary collateral disease terminology.This paper summarizes the research methods of standardization of treatment terms for pulmonary collateral diseases,including noun standardization and noun validation,and expounds the methods of noun standardization from five aspects:data source,entry selection,standardized naming,noun interpretation and term brief interpretation.The methods of noun validation were analyzed from three aspects:expert questionnaire,clinical feedback and conference discussion,which provided ideas and methods for further standardization of terminology of pulmonary collateral diseases.
