《骨关节炎病证结合诊疗指南》是在中华中医药学会的支持下,由风湿病分会牵头中西医界风湿病学及循证医学方面专家制定的诊疗指南及标准。该指南以中医病证结合为基础,参照了国际指南的制定方法和步骤,基于目前循证医学的证据,总结了名老中医的学术经验,经过中华中医药学会风湿病分会专家广泛论证而成。该指南从流行病学、诊断标准、辨证论证以及如何使用中成药等方面进行了阐述,能较好的为临床医师提供诊疗方面的策略和建议,有利于中医风湿病学术水平的发展和进步。

The Guidelines for Treatment of Osteoarthritis Based on the Integration of Diagnosis and Syndrome Differentiation was made by experts in the field of rheumatology from both traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,as well as evidence-based medicine to provide guidelines and criteria for diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis,taken the lead by the Rheumatology Branch with support from China Association of Chinese Medicine(CACM).The guideline has been made based on the integration of disease and syndrome of TCM,reference of implementation and steps of international guidelines,the available evidence from evidence-based medicine,summarization of the academic experience from famous TCM practitioner and thorough demonstration by experts from the Rheumatology Branch of the Chinese Association of Chinese Medicine.This guide discussed epidemiology,diagnostic criteria,syndrome differentiation and instruction on how to use proprietary Chinese medicines.It can provide strategies and recommendations for clinicians making diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis,which can further the progress of TCM rheumatism study.
