基于五运六气理论对吉林省长春地区冠心病发病人群先天体质研究

Study on congenital constitution of coronary heart disease patients in Changchun,Jilin province based on the theory of five evolution phases and six climatic factors

目的:研究吉林省长春地区冠心病患者运气先天体质因素,即受孕时的五运六气属性分布特点及差异对人体先天体质的影响。方法:对吉林省长春地区2014年1月至2018年9月的18137例冠心病患者受孕时的五运六气属性分布特点进行描述性统计及卡方检验。结果:吉林省长春地区冠心病易发人群受孕年干岁运属性依次为:壬年、癸年、己年、辛年;六气主气属性依次为:少阳相火、少阴君火、太阳寒水。六气客气属性依次为:阳明燥金、少阴君火。不易罹患冠心病的受孕年干岁运属性依次为:甲年、庚年、丁年、戊年、丙年、乙年;六气主气属性依次为:厥阴风木、太阴湿土、阳明燥金;六气客气属性依次为:太阴湿土、厥阴风木、太阳寒水、少阳相火。其中,冠心病患者受孕年岁运属性和受孕日期的六气主气属性分布差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病后天发病与人体受孕时所属的岁运和六气主气属性有关联性。

Objective:To study the influence of the congenital constitution factors of five movements and six qi,that is,the distribution characteristics and differences of five movements and six qi at the time of conception in coronary heart disease patients in Changchun,Jilin province.Methods:Descriptive statistics and chi-square test were carried out on the five movements and six qi attribute distribution characteristics of 18137 patients with coronary heart disease from January 2014 to September 2018.Results:The five movements attributes of the susceptible population of coronary heart disease in Changchun area are as follows:ren year,gui year,ji year,xin year.The attributes of dominant qi are in order:Shaoyang Xianghuo,Shaoyin Junfire,Taiyang Hanshui.The attributes of subordinate qi are as follows:Yangming Zaojin,Shaoyin Junfire.The five movements attributes that are not susceptible to coronary heart disease are in order:jia year,geng year,ding year,wu year,bing year,yi year.The attributes of dominant qi are as follows:Jueyin Fengmu,Taiyin Shitu,Yangming Zaojin;The attributes of subordinate qi are as follows:Taiyin Shitu,Jueyin Fengmu,Taiyang Hanshui,Shaoyang Xianghuo.Among them,there were statistically significant in the attributes in the five movements and distribution of six dominant qi of the date of conception of coronary heart disease patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The acquired onset of coronary heart disease is correlated with the dominant qi and the five movements of the human being conception at the time.
