基于肠道菌群-脂肪轴探讨针刺在促进白色脂肪棕色化中的作用

肥胖人群正在逐年增长,而与肥胖相关的各种疾病已经成为威胁人类健康的重要临床问题。如动脉粥样硬化、2型糖尿病、高血压、血脂紊乱和肿瘤等多种疾病的发生,都与肥胖密切相关,近年来越来越受到国内外学者们的广泛关注。研究指出,肠道菌群与肥胖存在着密切的相关性,而中医针刺疗法对于减肥有较好的疗效,且对肠道菌群亦有显著调节作用。文章围绕三者的相关性展开讨论,基于肠道菌群-脂肪轴探讨针刺通过促进白色脂肪棕色化减肥的作用机制。

The number of obese people is increasing year by year.Obesity is closely related to atherosclerosis,type 2 diabetes mellitus,hypertension,dyslipidemia and tumors.Researchers have paid more and more attention to it in recent years.Studies indicated that there is a close correlation between gut microbiota and obesity.Acupuncture has become an effective approach in clinic for treating obesity,and it can also significantly regulate gut microbiota.This review paper focused on the relationship among these three factors to provide valuable information about the mechanism of acupuncture on weight loss through white andipose tissue browning and gut microbiota-fat axis.
