摘要
晚明思想家袁黄在当时礼制失序、三教融合与养生之风盛行的社会背景影响下,著《祈嗣真诠》一书,不仅以积善的教化将个人的善恶行为与有无子嗣相连结,寓生育子嗣于自身的道德修炼之中,使修身以宗教的形式、儒家的思想和医家的理念为表达,成为维护求子者生育力的策略,又将以聚精、养气、存神为核心的内丹养生引入了对提升男性生育力的讨论。袁黄从道德修身与内丹养生出发,使求子观在宗教、伦理与医学3个方面的连动中,及在养生长寿的实践中,成为激发和指导民众修养适合生育之身心的有效方法。
YUAN Huang,a thinker in the late Ming Dynasty,was influenced by the social background of disorder of etiquette,integration of the three religions and prevalence of health preservation at that time.His book Qisi Zhenquan not only linked personal good and evil behaviors with the existence of children with the enlightenment of accumulating good deeds,but also incorporated children into his own moral cultivation,which made self-cultivation expressed in the form of religion,Confucian thoughts and doctors’ideas,and became a strategy to maintain the fertility of children-seekers.YUAN Huang,starting from moral self-cultivation and internal self-preservation,makes the concept of seeking children become an effective method to stimulate and guide people to cultivate their body and mind suitable for fertility in the practice of maintaining health and longevity.
