龚廷贤求嗣种子学术思想及运用初探

The Ming dynasty physician GONG Ting-xian made outstanding academic contributions in fertility.Through sorting and researching the original texts of fertility form GONG Ting-xian,to explore GONG Ting-xian’s thoughts and methods in fertility.GONG first advocates‘the husband is infertile’in etiology,pulse diagnosis first in diagnosis,emphasizes‘the pulse of fertility,mainly examining the chi pulse’,creatively puts forward the‘method of fertility’,puts forward that‘regulating menstruation and supplementing essence is the first,and the use of Chinese medicine should be calm’.In addition to pills,pulvis,emplastrum and unguentum,pellet and other prescriptions,moxibustion,vaginal medicine,and traditional Chinese medicine umbilical compress therapy are also used to treat infertility.GONG Ting-xian’s academic thoughts and treatment methods of fertility has high reference value and guiding significance for current clinical treatment.
