清宣止咳颗粒治疗儿童感冒风热证临床研究

Clinical study of Qingxuan Zhike Granules in the treatment of children with cold of wind-heat syndrome

目的:观察清宣止咳颗粒治疗儿童感冒风热证的临床疗效。方法:将211例感冒风热证患儿按照多中心、区组随机、平行对照的原则分为试验组108例和对照组103例。试验组给予清宣止咳颗粒治疗,对照组给予小儿宝泰康颗粒治疗,两组疗程均为5d。比较两组患儿治疗前后主要症状(发热)、次要症状(鼻塞流涕、恶风、喷嚏、咳嗽、痰液、咽部、面色、头痛、哭闹烦躁、口渴、小便)积分并判定临床疗效。结果:试验组痊愈率为55.56%(60/108),总有效率为98.15%(106/108);对照组痊愈率为36.89%(38/103),总有效率为98.06%(101/103),试验组痊愈率优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后主要症状、次要症状积分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且试验组次要症状咳嗽、痰液、咽部改变积分及次要症状总积分较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:清宣止咳颗粒可有效改善儿童感冒风热证的临床症状,尤其对咳嗽、痰液、咽部症状改善效果明显。

Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of Qingxuan Zhike Granules in the treatment of children with cold of wind-heat syndrome.Methods:A total of 211 cases of children with cold of wind-heat syndrome were randomly divided into test group(108 cases)and control group(103 cases)according to the principle of multi-center,block-randomized,parallel controlled.The test group was treated with Qingxuan Zhike Granules while the control group was given Xiaoer Baotaikang Granules.The course of treatment was 5 days.Scores of main symptom(fever)and secondary symptoms(including nasal congestion,aversion to wind,sneezing,cough,sputum,pharyngeal change,complexion,headache,crying and fidgeting,thirst,complexion,urine)in two groups before and after treatment were compared.And the clinical curative effect was also evaluated.Results:The cure rate of the test group was 55.56%(60/108)with the total effective rate was 98.15%(106/108);the cure rate of the control group was 36.89%(38/103),the total effective rate was 98.06%(101/103).There was statistical significance in difference of cure rate between two groups(P<0.05).The main symptoms and secondary symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Moreover,the scores of secondary symptoms including cough,sputum,pharyngeal change and total scores of secondary symptoms was significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingxuan Zhike Granules can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with cold of wind-heat syndrome,especially for cough,sputum and pharyngeal symptoms.
