序贯疗法治疗中重度寻常型痤疮临床观察

Clinical observation of sequential therapy for moderate to severe acne vulgaris

目的:观察序贯疗法[中药内服、火针疗法、强脉冲光(IPL)]治疗中重度寻常型痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将60例中重度寻常型痤疮的患者随机分为3组,每组20例,治疗组采用中药+火针+IPL治疗,对照组1采用单纯中药治疗,对照组2采用中药+火针治疗,其中火针疗法是点刺皮损处阿是穴治疗,每周1次,共治疗3次,IPL为火针疗程结束后局部予以IPL治疗,每月1次,共治疗3次。在整个治疗过程中,观察各组皮损的消退时间。结果:治疗组患者的各类皮损消退时间明显较对照组1显著缩短(P<0.05),且总有效率为84.21%(16/19),显著高于两个对照组的55.00%(11/20)和57.89%(11/19)(P<0.05)。结论:对面部中重度寻常型痤疮采用中药内服,不同阶段予以火针和IPL治疗,能够缩短各种皮损的消退时间,有效改善患者皮损症状,疗效肯定,值得进一步推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of sequential therapy[Chinese medicine orally,fire needle therapy,intense pulsed light(IPL)]in the treatment of moderate to severe acne vulgaris.Method:Sixty patients with moderate to severe acne vulgaris were randomly divided into 3 groups,with 20 cases in ecah group.The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine+fire needle+IPL,the control group 1 was treated with pure Chinese medicine,and the control group 2 was treated with Chinese medicine+fire needle group.Ashi point treatment on skin lesions is performed once a week for a total of 3 treatments.IPL is local intense pulsed light treatment after the end of the fire needle course,once a month for a total of 3 treatments.During the whole treatment process,observe the regression time of the skin lesions in each group.Results:The regression time of various skin lesions of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group 1(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was 84.21%(16/19),which was significantly higher than that of the control group[55.00%(11/20),57.89%(11/19)].The difference was statistically analyzed and comparable(P<0.05).Conclusion:The oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine for moderate to severe acne vulgaris on the face,fire needle and IPL treatment at different stages can shorten the regression time of various skin lesions and effectively improve the symptoms of patients with skin lesions.The effect is positive and worthy of further promotion.
