基于中医药现代化抗肿瘤中药新药研发策略探讨和思考

Discussion and thoughts on research and development strategy of new herbs for tumor based on the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine

中医药在肿瘤防治方面疗效确切,具有知识产权和独创性优势,是兼顾我国肿瘤治疗特色又可发挥创新性的新药来源。潜在的巨大研发市场、临床用药需求的增长与目前抗肿瘤中药制剂较少的现状推动着抗肿瘤中药新药的研发。文章基于中医药现代化发展,从新药研发的角度出发,概述了中医药在肿瘤临床治疗中的应用,初步探讨了抗肿瘤中药新药研发的机遇、挑战和应对措施,分析了研发中存在的问题和难点,提出了未来发展方向和美好愿景,以期为今后的研发提供一定的参考。

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a definite curative effect on tumor prevention and treatment,and shows a unique value,with intellectual property rights and originality advantages.There is a huge market for the research and development of new herbs for tumor,but currently there are only a few TCM preparations for tumor on the market,which is far from meeting the demands for clinical needs.It is imperative to actively promote the research and development of new herbs for tumor.Based on the modernization of TCM,this article summarized the application of TCM in the clinical treatment of tumors from the perspective of new drug research and development,preliminary discussed the opportunities,challenges and countermeasures,analyzed the problems and difficulties,put forward the future development direction and good visions,in order to provide a certain reference for future research and development.
