基于“九宫八风”运行周期探讨加味升降散治疗支气管哮喘思路

"九宫八风"运行周期是中医理论体系之中言简意奥的重要篇章,贯穿脏腑经络的生理病理过程,反映了动态变化的时空观。通过研读考古等多领域论著,逐渐探明《灵枢·九宫八风》所阐述的两大运行周期,其一是"太一移日"所形成的大周期,其二为"太一日游"所形成的小周期。支气管哮喘是呼吸系统常见疾病,其中风哮证型日渐凸显。风哮发作时伏痰夙根由外风引动而致气机逆乱,喉中哮鸣。笔者根据"九宫八风"运行大周期,创新性地将风哮的伏痰夙根置于中宫,依上升、下降、四隅过程之治法以择药,从而提出以加味升降散作为主方,并结合兼症,以小周期所对应日数的方位进行加减化裁。

The operation cycle of’nine geographical palaces and eight directional winds’is an important chapter in the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine with simple words and profound meaning,which runs through the physiological and pathological process of viscera,meridians and collaterals.The theory reflects the dynamic concept of time and space.Through the study of archaeology and other works in many fields,it is gradually discovered that the two major operation cycles described in’Nine geographical palaces and eight directional winds’of Miraculous Pivot are the long cycle formed by’Taiyi moving day’and the short cycle formed by’Taiyi daily tour’.Asthma is a common disease of respiratory system.Among them,the wind type of asthma becomes increasingly prominent.When the wind type attacks,the phlegm root is caused by the external wind and causes the qi movement disturbance and wheezing in the throat.According to the long cycle of the operation of’nine geographical palaces and eight directional winds’,the authors creatively places the root of phlegm in the middle palace,and chooses herbs based on the therapeutic principles and methods of rising,falling and four corners.Thus,the Modified Shengjiang Powder is taken as the main formula.Combined with concurrent symptoms,herbs are modified according to the position of days corresponding to the short cycle.
