器官移植患者的中药合理应用与临床用药警戒

Rational use of Chinese medicine and pharmacovigilance in transplant patients

器官移植的广泛开展挽救了无数终末期器官功能衰竭患者的生命。现今我国器官移植的数量规模和质量水平呈逐步上升趋势,后续的临床用药关系到患者的生命,而中药已广泛参与到临床用药中,故研究中药的临床合理应用与安全警戒至关重要。文章采用文献资料挖掘法梳理并总结器官移植患者人群的用药特点、用药需求及潜在的用药问题,提出中药用药警戒措施并示例临床警戒中药,以期对器官移植患者的临床合理用药提供参考,提高患者的术后生存率。

Organ transplantation is a great scientific initiative in the 20 th century.It has saved the lives of countless patients with terminal organ failure by extensive development.The number of organ transplants in China is gradually increasing nowadays,and the follow-up clinical medication is related to the survival of the patients,and Chinese materia medica has been widely involved in clinical medication.Therefore,it is very important to study the rational application and pharmacovigilance of Chinese materia medica.In this paper,we use literature data mining method to sort out and summarize the drug characteristics,drug needs and potential drug use problems of organ transplant patients,and propose drug warning measures and sample clinical warning Chinese materia medica,in order to guide the rational use of clinical drugs for organ transplant patients,improve the postoperative survival rate.
