Summary of ancient and modern Chifeng Yingyuan Acupuncture

赤凤迎源针法为传统复式针法"飞经走气"四法之一,其操作方法颇具特色,然而由于现代医家学者对该针法的操作描述日趋复杂,且没有统一标准,致使其临床应用越来越少。笔者通过查阅整理古代医著、现代教材及现代临床应用文献,对赤凤迎源针法的操作术式进行探究和分析,其针法操作术式主要分为两部分,并认为赤凤迎源针法的现代操作还当遵循该针法的创始人徐凤所述,其操作精炼,且易于掌握。同时为针刺手法的标准化、规范化研究奠定了基础。

Chifeng Yingyuan Acupuncture is one of the four traditional methods of’flying meridians and moving qi’,and its operation method has its own characteristics.However,due to the increasingly complex description of its operation by modern physicians and scholars and the lack of unified standards,its clinical application has become less and less.Through consulting and sorting out ancient medical books,modern textbooks and modern clinical application literature,the authors explored and analysed the operation methods of Chifeng Yingyuan Acupuncture.The operation methods of Chifeng Yingyuan Acupuncture are mainly divided into two parts.It is believed that the modern operation of Chifeng Yingyuan Acupuncture should follow the statement of XU Feng,the founder of this method,and its operation is refined and easy to master.At the same time,it lays a foundation for the standardization and standardization of acupuncture manipulation.
