摘要
禹步本为效仿大禹跛行时的步法,逐步发展成为巫师作法时的重要方式。禹步除了具有接通阴阳、消灾除魔和驱邪治病的功效外,还暗合了强身健体的调神功用。文章以禹步调神健身的视角出发,从三九入神的调神前提到三五调神健身的方法,进行逐层深入的辨析。通过进一步对三五调神中通神得道、炼象得意及存神脏腑这三大调神健身法门的细致探讨,总结出禹步调神对身体健康的深刻影响,为探讨当代养生健身新思路提供方向。
Yubu was an important footwork to imitate Dayu’s limping and gradually become a significant footwork when wizards are practicing.Yubu can not only attune yin and yang,eliminate disaster and demons,exorcise evil spirits and cure diseases,but also conceal the function of regulating mental activities and strengthening the body.From the perspective of Yubu’s regulation of mental activities and fitness function,this paper made a thorough analysis from the premise of entering the spirit to the methods of regulating mental activities and strengthening the body,through the thorough analysis of three regulating mental activities and strengthening the body methods,get the way by communicating with spirit and image,keeping spirit inside the body,then summarized the influenced effects of Yubu’regulation of mental activities and fitness on body health,in order to provide the new ideas of contemporary health preservation and fitness.
