从经气运行解析麻黄附子细辛汤证的机制与应用

麻黄附子细辛汤,首见于张仲景《伤寒论》第301条:"少阴病,始得之,反发热,脉沉者,麻黄附子细辛汤主之"。本方主治太少两感证,为阳虚外感的代表方,临床应用广泛。经络是人体气血运行的通道,是人体结构的重要组成部分。《伤寒论》六经辨证体系与经络理论关系密切,该理论体系下的组方遣药亦与经气运行密不可分。文章基于《黄帝内经》《难经》,从经气运行角度探析麻黄附子细辛汤生理基础、组方机制、应用指征、使用范围等,意在触类旁通、灵活辨证以扩大本方的临床应用。

The original version of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction was first found in article 301 of Shanghan Lun by ZHANG Zhong-jing.When fever and sinking pulse appear in early shaoyin disease,Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction can be used for treatment.The main treatment of this prescription is to treat taiyang and shaoyin disease,it is the representative prescription of yang deficiency external sense,and it is widely used in clinic.Meridians and collaterals are the channels for the movement of qi and blood in the human body and an important part of the human body structure.The syndrome differentiation system of six meridians in Shanghan Lun is closely related to the meridians and collaterals theory,and the prescriptions under the theoretical system are also closely related to the operation of meridians and qi.Based on Huangdi Neijing and Nan Jing,this paper explores the physiological basis,formulation mechanism,application of indications and range of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction from operation of meridians.The purpose is to expand clinical application of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction flexibly.
