姜良铎从三焦论治多部位结节经验

JIANG Liang-duo’s experience in treating multiple sites of nodules based on sanjiao

文章简述了姜良铎教授从三焦论治多部位结节。临床中大量肺结节患者多合并有甲状腺结节或乳腺结节,姜教授提出三焦郁滞是多脏腑同病、多部位同病的关键,是多部位结节形成的基本病机,临床表现除肝郁症状外尚有内热外凉、上热下寒、左右不通等三焦不通症状群,治疗以通调三焦为治疗原则,采用四逆散合升降散加减疏利三焦气机、解除三焦郁热,即流通气血,交通表里,通达上下,疗效显著,为临床治疗多部位结节提供了有效治疗方法和更广阔的思路。

This paper describes the treatment of multiple sites of nodules based on the theory of sanjiao by professor JIANG Liang-duo.A lot of patients with pulmonary nodules are combined with thyroid nodules or breast nodules in clinical practice.Professor JIANG proposes that the key reason of a disease affecting multiple viscera and multiple sites and the basic pathogenesis of multiple sites of nodules is depression and stagnation of sanjiao.Clinical manifestations in addition to the stagnation of liver qi symptoms there are internal heat and outside cool,upper heat and lower cold,left and right impassability and other sanjiao unblocked symptoms.Dredging and regulating sanjiao is the therapeutic principle.Adopting modified Sini Powder and Shengjiang Powder to organize the qi of sanjiao,remove the heat of sanjiao,which is circulating qi and blood,traffic inside and outside,up and down access,and it has remarkable curative effect,which provides an effective treatment method and a wider thinking for the clinical treatment of multiple sites of nodules.
