基于“内燥”理论探讨原发性干燥综合征的病因病机及治疗

Exploring etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of primary Sjogren’s syndrome on basis of’endogenous dryness’theory

原发性干燥综合征(pSS)属于中医"燥痹"范畴,"内燥"可导致机体干燥少津,与pSS所致的口眼干燥症状十分相似。"内燥"理论在pSS的辨证论治中发挥关键作用。文章基于"内燥"理论从"内燥"的产生与素体阴虚、大病伤阴、嗜食肥甘厚味等因素有关;pSS的发病是"内燥"所致的脏腑功能阴阳失调及陶庆文教授辨证论治pSS的经验三方面介绍陶庆文教授对pSS的深刻认识。

Primary Sj?gren’s syndrome(pSS)belongs to the traditional Chinese medicine category of’dryness bi’,and plays a key role in the dialectical treatment of the theory of’endogenous dryness’.’Endogenous dryness’can cause the dryness and less fluid in the body,which is similar to the symptoms of dry mouth and eyes caused by pSS.Based on the’endogenous dryness’theory,the article explores professor TAO Qing-wen’s deep understanding of pSS from three aspects:the cause of’endogenous dryness’is related to the factors such as yin deficiency,severe trauma,and favor of greasy food,the pathogenesis of pSS is the yin-yang disorder of visceral function caused by’endogenous dryness’and professor TAO Qing-wen’s experience in syndrome differentiation and treatment of pSS.
