颈椎动态触诊临床应用探索性研究

Exploratory research of cervical dynamic palpation in clinical application

目的:初步探索《颈椎动态触诊评估方案》在临床应用中的疗效相比常规诊疗是否具有优势。方法:根据本次研究方案及设计,将纳入研究的72例受试者随机分为动态触诊治疗组(试验组)和常规诊查治疗组(对照组),每组36例。两组病例均按照《颈椎动态触诊评估方案》和常规诊查方法进行"椎骨错缝"的定位诊断,并进行相应的手法干预治疗。治疗前后评估患者VAS评分及NDI指数,比较两组间疗效的差异。结果:与本组治疗前比较,两组治疗后VAS评分、NDI指数均显著改善(P<0.01)。治疗后两组VAS评分改善值、NDI指数改善率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用课题组《颈椎动态触诊评估方案》对颈椎病受试者进行诊断治疗相比常规诊断治疗在疗效上具有一定优势。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Cervical Dynamic Palpation Evaluation Program compared with conventional diagnosis and treatment.Methods:According to the scheme and design of this study,72 subjects were randomly divided into two groups:dynamic touch treatment group(experimental group)and conventional examination treatment group(control group).There were 36 cases in the experimental group and 36 cases in the control group.According to the Cervical Dynamic Palpation Evaluation Program and the conventional examination methods,the observation doctors conducted the localization diagnosis of’vertebral dislocation’in the experimental group and the control group,and carried out the corresponding manual intervention.VAS score and NDI index were evaluated before and after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was compared.Results:The VAS score and NDI index of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,the resluts was statistically different(P<0.01).The VAS score and NDI index between the two groups after treatment was statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional diagnosis and treatment,Cervical Dynamic Palpation Evaluation Program of the research group has certain advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylosis.
